We asked Caner on his best way of training chest. ''I like to use dumbbells when I train my chest as they helps me target my pecks more compared to just bench press alone''.

''You don't have to use weights alone, doing push ups and stretching your chest in between sets help to target the muscle fibres more and help that chest grow''.

 

TRAINING LEGS

''As with any muscle group, choosing the most challenging movement and doing it first in your workout when your energy levels are high will pay the greatest dividends.''

''Don't forgot you need to feed your muscle, all the exercise in the world wont matter if you don't eat, make sure you eat plenty of protein''.
